so what is the right way to use this filter ? you get the statistical info and what? do you need to filter again the results ? is it short term filter? what you suggest should be the next steps after running the filter ?

This is just a BASIC filter that displays the "usual" indicators like ma(50) and ma(200).
You can then tweak the filter to fit your criteria.
Most of what you need to code SF is in the filter so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.
The BASIC filter is not a "trading" or "selecting" filter.

You can always tell when SF signs up a bunch of new traders.... The same questions that was asked and answered YEARS AGO appear.

Alternately, you could do a search for posts by "Mary4money" and read back through all those posts as they're quite lucid and great primers...
