agree shillihs. will add that the most money I have made is/was in real estate. not on rental side but purchasing raw land, doing entitlement work and selling to developers. still have one commercial property I collect on. you make your $ on the buy end and if you arent holding make sure the price point on the back end is low enough where you have multiple buyers. I only had 1 bad real estate play, and that was a 3.5M property purchased in 2007. the rental business model is ok, but you have to eat vacancy sometimes, deal with tenants being not so straightforward, etc. I have done both.

A big fall off of average daily volume of late. It won't be long until it pops again.

ha sorry..I really like real estate. If you were asking me, IFT on TVIX I think has started to move if I remember correctly. might be a head fake. I would think there will be volatility this upcoming week.

2 votes for a Tvix spike. It certainly looks that way. About 4 of my 6 indicators
have triggered and the other 2 are ready to.
This could be a doozy Tvix could go from 22 to 70-100 within 3 weeks.
