QQQ's HOD 4 cents away from major point; SPY's HOD is 10 cents away from major point.
Who knows....
P.S.
Did you buy XIV during the dip around ~24-26? Possibly won't ever get in that zone again....

No, i got in at 27.11. & have been daytrading it. Must have done it 20 times.
I'm down about .5% from before the dip. Was trading the flashing range they were giving out
& was working fine til late yesterday when it stopped. Only went long though so got out real good.
Flashing red says XIV should be around 32 but has not pulled back to those levels & not sure it will.
